    Abstract:

After more than 30 years of development, the 3D printing technique has been widely used in many medical disciplines in research and practice. This technique with a strong capacity of three-dimensional visualization, and has the characteristics of rapid prototyping, accurate reflection, personalized design, develops most quickly in recent years in the field of orthopaedics. Application of 3D printing technique in pediatric orthopaedics mainly include building physical models, making surgical guiders, producing individualized implants, prostheses and engineering artificial bones. In this review, various subjects of using 3D printing technique in pediatric orthopaedics are introduced.
